Analyzing the question:
In order to create good essays, you need to first analyze the essay question, try to evaluate what the question is all about. Spend sometimes and think in detail, and ask yourself if you agree with the question or not? Also note down what should be the reasons for you agreements or disagreements resulting in vivid picture of what you actually want to do with your essay.

In developed countries, birth- rate is declining at a very fast pace. May be it is because of the reason that today’s generation is too selfish to have children. How much do you agree with the statement? Support your answer by providing evidences and relevant readings.
Introduction:
There is no specified way to write good essay, but it is recommended that you start your essay in a general way, for example, for the above essay question, you can start by introducing the topic in a general way like,
“The decline in the birth rate is due to the shift in attitude towards the population growth in the developed countries…”
Or by introducing the core issue that is to be discussed in your essay.
“This essay will highlight the causes of the decline in the birth rate in developed countries….”
Good essay writing generally consist of the above way of starting an introduction.
Argumentative section of the introduction:
For writing good essay, student should introduce his or her argument in the last part of the introduction, in this area; a student either agrees or disagrees with the explanation and also provides an alternative viewpoint to support his opinion.
For example,
“I would totally disagree with the statement that young people should hold responsible for the constant decline in birth rate in the developed countries because…”
Background of the issue:
Writing a good essay requires a background information pertinent to the essay question, then provide claims and evidences for your statements, but make sure you have done a thorough research about your claims and evidences that will be supporting your claims.
For example,
“There are many examples of the drastic decrease in the birth rate, for example, in Europe 1960, the total fertility rate was 2.6 but in 1996 it fell to 1.4……”
Explanation:
Here, you elaborate the main issue, whose background has been given in the earlier paragraphs, give the main reasons of the decline in the birth rate in developed countries. You can also give the statements of the big writers who have written something about this topic.
Summarizing ideas:
Next paragraph basically summarizes the ideas of what has been discussed until now, for example, you can summarize the points related to the people or the big writers who think young people, are to be blamed for the decline in birth rate.
You must have noticed how in the first paragraph, the ideas were discussed in a general way, then in second paragraph, it is elaborated broadly with relevant examples.
Reviewing ideas:
Previous paragraph summarized the ideas, now in this paragraph you have to review and provide the critique for those ideas. It is very easy to provide critique for the other writers but to defend your criticism is a bit difficult task. So make sure you are providing good reasons for your criticisms.
Recalling the argument:
Restate the main argument; you had given in the first paragraph. You can now convince the readers that why you gave a particular statement about the main topic. The argument was:
“I would totally disagree with the statement that young people should hold responsible for the constant decline in birth rate in the developed countries”
Summarize your evidence supporting the argument:
In this paragraph, you need to summarize all the evidences you gave in the preceding paragraphs supporting your argument in short.
Conclusion:
There are many different ways to write conclusion for an essay, you can start it by restating your argument, and further giving suggestions to solve that problem. It can also start by discussing the negative impacts of the allegations stated by the writers. To be precise it will summarize your whole essay in short.
References:
In the references section, you need to list all the text you have referred to while writing your essay.
